New Addition!!!  Next door to Faro Vista 1 we have Faro Vista 2.   Another 2 bedroom duplex  apartment – ground and first floor -  directly on the first lagoon beach in El Cotillo.  The property is west facing with all rooms having the same spectacular beach and sea views.

The ground floor of the apartment has a large open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a breakfast bar, a separate dining space and a large lounge area with a comfortable  sofa and a chair with separate foot rest.  The sofa converts to a sofa bed.   The apartment has a patio terrace which is furnished with a dining table set for 4 people.  From the patio you have direct access to the large shared pool with integrated jacuzzi, which is surrounded by the communal  gardens and sunbathing area with sun loungers.

On the first floor there is the Master bedroom and a twin bedroom and a separate  family bathroom.
